Finance Manager

Our client is a multinational group with a strong Asia presence in the search for a Finance Manager to join its Singapore‑based regional finance team.

This is a broad, hands‑on role with responsibility for regional consolidation, treasury oversight and tax governance, working closely with senior finance stakeholders and an overseas Head Office. The role suits someone who enjoys operating at group level while remaining close to the detail.

Responsibilities for the Finance Manager role:

• Lead preparation and review of regional consolidated financial statements across multiple subsidiaries
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements, aligned to Head Office and group reporting standards
• Partner closely with regional and overseas stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting
• Oversee treasury and liquidity management, including cash centralisation and inter-company funding
• Maintain appropriate documentation in line with transfer pricing and tax requirements
• Monitor financial performance across entities and escalate key risks or issues
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance, reporting and treasury activities
• Manage tax risk, audit readiness and alignment with group tax policies
• Provide financial insight and support for regular performance and monitoring discussions

Requirements for the Finance Manager role:

• CPA qualified
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience within finance or accounting
• Demonstrated experience in regional or group consolidation
• Exposure to treasury activities and/or working with international banks
• Strong understanding of governance, controls and compliance
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
