About the Company

As a key subsidiary of SMC Infrastructure, you will join the Luzon Clean Water Development Corp. (LCWDC) that is responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of the Bulacan Bulkwater Supply Project. The project delivers clean, sustainable water to communities. With advanced technology and a focus on efficiency, it ensures reliable access to potable water, supporting public health and economic growth. This initiative reflects SMC's commitment to essential services and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for managing and supervising the financial operations of LCWDC, ensuring compliance with the concession agreement.
• Ensures that there is adequate budget and treasury coverage for the financial transactions entered by LCWDC.
• Coordinates with other managers of the Corporate Management Division, government agencies, water districts, local governments, SMC Head Office, and subsidiaries.
• Supervises personnel under the Finance Management Development Division.
• Prepares disbursements, personnel actions, and other operational actions for the Finance Management Division as may be directed by the Assistant General Manager for the Corporate Management Division.
• Overall responsible for the preparation of budget, treasury, and accounting forms, documents, vouchers, and other templates needed for the financial operations of the LCWDC.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• At least five (5) years of experience in financial management services in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in the use of SAP.
