Job Description

  • Oversee financial operations and management for Riverside College Inc., a forward-thinking Training and Education institution.
  • Develop strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide the institution's financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring the highest quality of education services.
  • Liaise with department heads to support their financial planning and control.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Prepare accurate reports for executive decision making and possible investors.
  • Guide the finance team in managing daily financial activities.
  • Enhance financial processes and systems to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field. Must be a Certified Public Accountant, and or a Certified Management Accountant.
  • Experience Level: At least 5-10 years of professional experience in finance management or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial reporting skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically Monday to Friday with the possibility of overtime to meet deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Capable of multitasking and making sound decisions under pressure.
