Role summary

Let's keep this simple! We are looking for someone with energy, with phenomenal communication skills and the ability to ensure that invoices are paid on time in supporting our lawyers based in Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

Must Haves

As such, you will have the ability to lead and must have great English.

Key responsibilities

• Expert understanding and proven skill of implementing XERO.
• Preparing and drafting cost agreements and disclosure statement with the knowledge of various jurisdictions.
• Preparing and sending invoices to clients.
• Following up with clients, understanding them, and explaining to them the charges, fees and other questions they may have.
• Building rapport with our client base and ensuring that payments are made on time.
• Supporting lawyers and staff ensuring that any invoices are sent on time and that financial matters are attended to.
• Work in collaboration with the entire group.
