Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and consolidate financial data from different departments.
• Develop and implement systems for tracking overhead, profit and loss and cash flow.
• Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements.
• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Create clear reports on overhead, expenses and profitability.
• Automate or improve existing manual processes using Excel/ Google Sheets or reporting tools. Recommend and implement relevant software tools.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with management.
• Provide management with accurate and timely financial insights.
• Analyze spending patterns and profitability across departments, channels and product lines.
• Provide monthly and quarterly management reports with actionable recommendations.
• Advise leadership on cost controls, profitability drivers, and financial risks.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Do other duties/functions as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with financial software tools.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, track profitability, and prepare management reports.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
• Retail Apparel and Fashion or Garments Industry Preferred but not required.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Pasig City.
