Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including General Bookkeeping, AP/AR, Treasury, FP&A, Controllership, and Payroll. This role provides strategic financial leadership to support business growth, ensure compliance, optimize financial performance, and partner with senior leadership on planning, investments, and long-term strategy. The Finance Manager will also lead and develop a high-performing finance team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Oversee payroll, AP/AR, treasury, and cash flow management for local and deployed staff.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management on investments, cost optimization, and business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Perform additional strategic duties as required to support corporate objectives and financial performance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required; CMA or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

  • 57+ years of progressive finance experience, including end-to-end accounting operations.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in HR or professional services finance operations preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions and drive results.
  • Strong people management, mentoring, and team development skills.
