We are seeking a Finance Manager who operates as both a builder and strategic partner—someone who goes beyond traditional reporting to actively shape financial performance, support decision-making, and enable business scale.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where Finance partners closely with Product, Growth, and Leadership teams to drive financial discipline, commercial insight, and strategic execution.
What You'll Own- Own lean, decision-focused financial reporting that supports business strategy (beyond compliance reporting)
- Design, build, and scale financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to analyze unit economics, pricing strategies, and margin performance
- Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles in an agile environment
- Define, track, and interpret key business and performance metrics
- Support investor reporting, fundraising activities, and financial storytelling
- Act as a strategic partner in evaluating growth initiatives, investments, and trade-offs
- Ensure financial compliance and audit readiness while maintaining speed of execution
