Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Mezzo Hotel and Grand Apartelle by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting: Manage accounting records, ensure accurate transactions, reconciliations, and proper use of systems.
- Treasury: Monitor cash flow, open folios, and safeguard company funds.
- Audit: Conduct audits, review findings, and strengthen internal controls.
- Budget & Reporting: Monitor budgets, control costs, analyze financial performance, and submit reports to management.
- Compliance: Ensure timely tax payments (BIR), permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Improve financial processes, develop business intelligence tools, and support ISO standards.
- Personnel Management: Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and managing finance staff.
- Strategic Support: Monitor KPIs, report monthly profit & loss, and implement cost-saving strategies.
