This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Quezon City. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial analyses, managing cash flow, developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and leading a team to optimize financial performance. The role also involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

• Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax Compliance
• Experience with Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Cost Control
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced analytics tools
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of local and international financial regulations
• Proven experience in a financial management role, preferably in a corporate or multinational setting
