Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Lead full spectrum of finance and accounting operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and management reporting.
• Handle manufacturing costing, standard costing, cost analysis and variance analysis.
• Analyse production costs, margins and operational performance.
• Manage cash flow, banking facilities, trade finance and hedging activities.
• Support finance system implementation and process improvements.
• Partner with management and manufacturing/operations teams on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Relevant finance experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
• Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong experience in manufacturing costing, standard costing and variance analysis.
• Experience with banking facilities, trade finance and hedging.
• Experience in finance/ERP system implementation will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable supporting business requirements beyond standard working hours when required.
