Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate financial statements such as profit and loss, cash flow, daily sales report, etc
  • Provide analysis on key resort metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate, EBITDA margin, etc
  • Manage cash flow including approval of all purchases and liquidation of petty cash expenses
  • Monitor all accounts receivable 
  • Monitor cost of goods
  • Ensure compliance with all BIR and tax requirements
  • Implement controls in purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable
  • Supervise finance and purchasing staff
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits and reporting

Requirements

  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • At least 3 years experience in supervisory or management role
  • CPA or accounting graduate preferred
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and BIR compliance
  • Experience in hospitality is an advantage
