Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for a growing business in the coconut-based products and agricultural industry.

The ideal candidate has approximately 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance, and a solid background in financial management. Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, agriculture, or related industries is highly preferred.

This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of finance operations while working closely with an international finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, including BIR filings, tax payments, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide relevant financial information to management.
• Maintain proper documentation for purchases, investments, expenses, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the international finance team on financial reporting and accounting matters.
• Improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification is welcome but not essential.
• Approximately 8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with managerial or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and general accounting.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or coconut-related industries is highly preferred.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Mati, Davao Oriental, and work onsite.
