Finance Manager

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic professional to drive corporate finance and M&A initiatives. This role requires expert-level financial analysis, strong project leadership, and the ability to clearly communicate strategic insights to executive leadership.

• Handle preparation of the company's annual budget, financial model actualization and outlook adjustments.
• Provide valuation and analysis support to business units in valuing and analyzing businesses and executing transactions. Good grasp of valuation and prior financial modeling experience are highly desired.
• Manage the full cycle of M&A initiatives from strategy development until execution, making sure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Manage, advise and propose on dividend declarations and approval via preparation of presentation materials, information gathering and research.
• Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and the Finance/Budget/Treasury teams to integrate strategic corporate goals and targets directly into the annual budget and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop clear, executive-level presentation materials and present updates, analyses, and strategic recommendations to the Senior Management and/or Board of Directors

Qualifications:

- BS Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related quantitative field

- At least 9+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or corporate development, specifically involving long-range strategic financial planning

- Proficiency in project management, financial modelling and valuation methodologies

- Practical experience using financial data platforms such as like Bloomberg Terminal

- Highly results-driven with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.
