Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager – General Accounting to lead and oversee the company's general accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting business decisions through reliable financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end general accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements
• Review balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and business initiatives
• Manage AR/AP
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (CPA/CMA )
• At least 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
