As part of its continued growth, the business is looking for a Finance Manager to support enterprise teams with strategic financial insights, business partnering, and performance management.
Job Description
- Partner business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support bids, tenders, and business cases with financial modelling and analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business areas
- Deliver variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) with actionable insights
- Monitor project financials including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and compliance
- Support month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (IFRS 15)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and operational teams
- Coach and guide junior finance team members where required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent CPA or professional certification preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience, with strong exposure to FP&A
- Experience in business partnering within a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
