Your Role
As a Finance Manager – Corporate and Inter-Company Accounting, you will:
- Lead Corporate Accounting Management: Oversee all general ledger management, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
- Oversee Inter-Company Transactions: Manage cross-border transactions, recharges, transfer pricing allocations, and settlements across multiple global entities, ensuring timely reconciliation and elimination of balances.
- Drive Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, while providing key management reporting and variance analysis to finance leadership.
- Ensure Controls & Compliance: Review and approve accounting entries in accordance with PFRS, IFRS, or US GAAP, maintain internal control frameworks, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits.
- Manage Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary finance contact for corporate accounting matters, collaborating closely with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Payroll, and Shared Services teams.
- Provide People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous learning.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Graduate of a 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 8–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing accounting teams.
- Deep expertise in Corporate Accounting, General Ledger Management, Inter-Company Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday).
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
- MBA or Master's in Finance is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of BOI and/or PEZA regulations is highly preferred.
- Experience with financial consolidation systems is highly desirable.
- Proactive mindset with a proven track record of driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
