Finance Manager
Location: Alabang Muntinlupa
Are you a results-driven finance leader looking to make a big impact Fast Logistics is seeking a Finance Manager to lead site finance operations and partner closely with Operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring clear objectives, strong performance, and professional growth.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and actionable insights to management.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and process efficiency across finance operations.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure healthy liquidity.
- Support new projects and CAPEX proposals with financial studies and feasibility reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Solid experience in financial management, planning & analysis, and team leadership.
- Strong grasp of accounting systems, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
