Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Finance Operations: Manage vendor accounts, ledgers, and payments.
• Reconciliation: Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue Resolution: Handle vendor returns and shortage claims.
• Financial Support: Assist in monthly closings, budgeting, and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and enhance financial workflows.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Finance or related field; Master's preferred. 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or related sectors.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, vendor management knowledge, proficiency in Excel, understanding of P2P processes, and problem-solving abilities.
