Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Finance Manager monitors cash flow, prepares monthly and annual financial statements, and analyzes variances to support management decision-making. The role includes supervising finance staff, reviewing payroll and disbursements, managing accounts receivable and payable, and coordinating with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. The Finance Manager also contributes to improving internal controls, refining financial processes, and supporting strategic initiatives by providing clear financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
