Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting;
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry is preferred;
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and Philippine accounting standards;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems;
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
- Willing to be assigned in Costa Solana, Pagbilao, Quezon.
