We are looking for a rigorous, detail-orientedFinance Managerto lead our financial operations and ensure the fiscal integrity of our growing retail network.

As the Finance Manager, you will be the backbone of our financial health. You will oversee all daily financial operations, manage the internal auditing processes across our retail branches, and provide strategic insights to the Managing Director. This role requires a unique blend of high-level financial planning and on-the-ground operational auditing to prevent loss and optimize profitability.

• Financial Operations:Manage the full cycle of accounting functions, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecasting, and payroll oversight for our retail and B2B divisions.
• Internal Auditing:Develop and execute robust internal audit programs to monitor store-level transactions, inventory accuracy, and cash handling procedures across 40+ locations.
• Retail Compliance:Ensure all financial activities align with local tax laws and retail industry standards. Coordinate with external auditors for year-end reviews.
• Operational Excellence:Partner with the Store Operations team to identify financial risks, leakage, or inefficiencies in the supply chain and point-of-sale processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the annual operating budget process and provide monthly variance analysis to senior leadership.

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.CPA certificationis highly preferred.
• Experience:Minimum of 57 years in a senior finance role, specifically within theRetail Industry.
• Audit Expertise:Proven track record ininternal auditingand establishing operational controls in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with retail ERP/accounting software.
