Role Description This full-time Finance Manager role is a hybrid position based in San Juan del Monte, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. This role will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and monitor cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability. The Finance Manager will track costs for inventory, events, and catering projects, analyze financial performance, and provide recommendations to improve profitability. The role will also support compliance with local tax regulations, coordinate with external accountants or auditors, and implement efficient financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in accounting fundamentals, such as general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience with cost analysis, pricing, and margin optimization, ideally in food, beverage, or service industries.
• Comfort with accounting and spreadsheet software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar tools, Excel or Google Sheets).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role; experience in small business or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating both on-site in San Juan del Monte and remotely.
