Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with operational plans.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax filings, and internal financial policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
