We are seeking ahighly experienced and hands-on Finance Managertolead the accounting and administration functions in Manilafor anAustralian-based business, providing direct support to the client.
This is asenior leadership rolerequiring deep accounting expertise, operational involvement, and the ability to manage bothstrategic oversight and day-to-day financial operations. The role reports directly to theFinancial Controller based in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage thefull accounting and administration functionin Manila for the Australian client
- Prepare and review:
- Profit & Loss Statements
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Actively manage and support:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Payroll processing
- Backfill key accounting personnel during leave periods
- Overseecredit control and collection processes
- Utilizeadvanced Excel financial modelsto ensure alignment of revenue and costs
- Ensureaccuracy, compliance, and timely reportingin line with Australian business standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Extensive experience infinancial reporting and reconciliations
- Hands-on experience inAR, AP, and payroll management
- Strong background incredit collections
- Experiencesupporting an Australian business(offshoring model preferred)
- Experience inmanufacturing, steel, or project-based industriesis highly advantageous
- AdvancedExcel skills(financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis)
- Strongleadership and stakeholder management skills
