Job Description
Day to Day Operations
- Support the team for any queries and escalation related to Finance
- Reports to Country Controller
Internal Reporting
- Responsible for monthly closing activities (including manual journal entries preparation, revenue
reconciliation and bank reconciliation)
- Conducts weekly review of expenses and coordinate with respective department for savings and
compliance opportunities
- Responsible for the monthly preparation and presentation of month-end package to the CFO
- Prepares and manages annual forecast and budget
External Engagement and Compliance
- Manages external relationships related to Finance (auditors, merchants, suppliers, banks and
government authorities)
- Preparation of audit package and draft FS for review of management and auditors
- Ensures the integrity and accuracy of all financial reports, that it adheres with the relevant
Accounting Standards
- Liaise with Auditors for the submission and completion of audited Financial Statement
- Supports Project Manager for any upcoming projects
- Ensures process and accounting documentation are updated
- Responsible for control implementation to ensure integrity on finance process
Job Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and regulatory requirements
Experience in month-end closing, audit preparation, and financial analysis
Proficient in using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Open to a hybrid work setup; must be willing to report onsite in Mandaluyong 3–4 times a week
