Primary Function: As a Finance Management Trainee, you will be the main touchpoint of assigned Business Unit Heads, Sales Channel Managers, Total Delivered Cost (TDC) Owners, Controllership, People and Culture, and Function Heads in the management of the enterprise's profitability and total cost management. This would include the generation of forecasts and cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth for Rebisco.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BS Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any business-related course
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- No work experience required
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standard (PFRS), Profit and Loss Management, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Capable of budgeting, forecast analyses, reports, and presentations
- Able to translate data from financial models to insights that can be used by stakeholders
- Recognizes current and potential problems that arise in a given situation and takes the right steps to propose solutions
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other Finance-related tools
- Willing to be based in Ortigas
