Role Description:

MOTORENTO is looking for a Finance Lead who is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. This role provides strategic financial guidance to leadership, ensures accurate financial records, and supports business growth through sound financial analysis and controls.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor funds, bank transactions, check issuances, and oversee disbursements.
• Track cash flow and reconcile accounts to maintain financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Implement strong internal controls, financial policies, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Conduct internal audits, identify risks, and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Preferably with work experience in the e-commerce or financial services industry
