Work closely with various business units and budget/finance/treasury to incorporate strategic goals and targets into the budget and financial planning process
Provide valuation and analysis support to business units in valuing and analyzing businesses and executing transactions.
Able to develop business modeling and financial scenarios with good grasp of valuation and prior financial modeling experience are highly desired.
Manage M&A initiatives from strategy development until execution, making sure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Business understanding, ability to challenge key assumptions and valuation drivers while remaining a team player
Prepare presentation materials and socialize updates and analysis results to senior management committee.
Requirements
BS Degree in Business, Economics and/or Accountancy
With at least 5 years experience in related field (financial planning)
Candidate must be results driven and a team player
With strong background in financial modelling
