Finance Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our finance team in daily operations. The intern will assist in preparing, processing, and managing financial documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to customers. This role offers valuable exposure to billing, invoicing, and financial documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare official receipts by computing and writing the correct amount.
• Scan official receipts and prepare transmittals before sending to customers.
• File receiving copies and BIR Form 2307 from customers.
• Create and send invoices and statements to customers.
• Check data input to ensure accuracy of the final bill.
• Print invoice billings and prepare transmittals prior to sending them to customers.
• Send hard and soft copies of invoices to customers via email and courier.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
