General Responsibilities
Compliance and Regulation
- Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting the cryptocurrency industry.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support the implementation of compliance programs and controls.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize financial workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to address financial inquiries and provide support as needed.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and blockchain.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ad Hoc Projects
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed by the finance team.
- Conduct research and analysis on various financial topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific finance-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Able to report to the PDAX office in Ortigas on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Able to render at least three (3) months of internship.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
