We're looking for a Finance Intern Intern to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines. You'll be part Finance and Accounting team!
Job Overview
This role provide s support to the Finance and Accounting D epartment by aiding daily operation al accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances.
What You'll Do
- Invoice scanning and renaming .
- Sending invoice soft copies to customers .
- Sending hard copy invoices to customers .
- Sending two-week payment reminder emails (initial email thread) .
- Document filing and record management .
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration , Finance, Accounting or any other related field.
- Independent, Responsible, and Honest.
- Knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) .
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numericalerror .
- Good organizational and time-management abilities .
Requirements
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
- Internship requirement of at least 500 hours.
- Available to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with 4 days onsite.
