As a Finance Intern at CloudEats, you will gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations while supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll assist with core financial tasks, learn best practices in transaction documentation, and support audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Transaction Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and supporting details are attached to each transaction entry for accurate record-keeping and audit purposes.
• Resolving Variances: Investigate and resolve differences between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers through detailed analysis and adjustment entries.
• Audit Support: Provide documentation, explanations, and support to external auditors during financial audits to validate the accuracy and completeness of records.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist the GL Manager with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to commit to at least 3 months of internship.
• Open to onsite work at BGC at least 3 days per week.
• Studying or graduated in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (general ledger, subsidiary ledger, transaction documentation) is a plus.
