Finance Intern Job Summary
The Finance Intern will assist the Finance Department in day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, report preparation, and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in financial management, exposure to real-world accounting practices, and the opportunity to work closely with seasoned finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents and reports.
Help with data entry and updating accounting systems.
Support the reconciliation of financial statements and records.
Assist with monthly expense tracking and financial audits.
Aid in preparing budget summaries and financial analysis.
Maintain orderly filing of financial documents (digital and/or physical).
Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Requirements
Must have a valid Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from your school.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited internship course.
Must submit an official endorsement letter from your school.
Must be an undergraduate student (currently pursuing a degree).
