What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will lead the daytoday operations of Avon's Intercompany Centre of Excellence, ensuring all intercompany activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with global standards. You'll plan and manage monthly operational cycles, support changes to internal controls and policies, and work closely with our thirdparty service provider. A key part of your role will be developing and motivating your team, building strong capabilities, and creating a positive, highperformance environment while partnering with stakeholders across finance, tax, and FP&A to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimising endtoend intercompany processes for smooth and accurate transaction flow.
  • Owning and continuously developing the intercompany service model in collaboration with Regional Tax and Central FP&A.
  • Reviewing and adapting processes to reflect regulatory changes, exceptions, and nonstandard scenarios.
  • Creating, maintaining, and improving SOPs to drive standardisation and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for intercompany queries and escalations.
  • Driving continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the intercompany accounting team to build future-ready talent.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, with strong exposure to accounting operations.
  • At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or teamlead role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organised, manage pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across functions and regions.
  • A people-focused leader with a passion for development, simplification, and continuous improvement.
  • Confident decisionmaking skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
