Finance Executive

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Executive is responsible for the day-to-day finance administration and operational support for the business across Singapore and Hong Kong entities.

This role will act as the primary owner of Finance Operations activities, ensuring that finance processes are completed accurately, timely and in accordance with company policies and controls.

The successful candidate will support Accounts Payable, staff claims, month-end activities, reporting administration, reconciliations, billing administration and finance process improvements, allowing Finance leadership to focus on forecasting, commercial support, business performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and employee claims
• Prepare payment schedules and support payment processing
• Maintain bank reconciliations and month-end schedules
• Support month-end closing activities
• Assist with billing and invoice administration
• Maintain finance records and supporting documentation
• Update reporting and forecasting files
• Support weekly and monthly management reporting
• Assist with finance process improvements and automation initiatives
• Handle general finance administration and ad hoc duties

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of Finance or Accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience using accounting systems is preferred
