Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, accounting activities, and shipment-related documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and timely submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Maintain daily booking, billing and backlog (BBB) report
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists/delivery orders, and airway bill.
• Track shipment status and resolve any logistics-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems - Sage 300 and Acumatica will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
