Role Description The Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable is a full-time, on-site role based in Arca South, Taguig City. This role is responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, tracking collections, and reconciling customer accounts. The Finance Executive prepares and reviews financial reports related to receivables, supports month-end closing activities, and ensures accurate and timely posting of transactions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients regarding billing queries, payment follow-ups, and compliance with relevant tax regulations. The Finance Executive also assists in improving receivables processes to support healthy cash flow and accurate financial records.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to manage accounts receivable and support decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and reconcile receivables-related reports.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) or similar tax regulations relevant to invoicing and collections.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and proficiency in spreadsheets or accounting software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Relevant experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting; experience in the events or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
