You will be responsible for

• Developing and executing the company's financial strategy, aligning with overall business goals.
• Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Managing cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

You are expected to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• More than 10 years of Finance related experience in MNC working environment.
• Excellent communicator with good numerical and presentation skills
