We are seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting (F&A) Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale delivery operations across multiple F&A functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end F&A operations across R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
- Manage multi-functional teams with 50+ headcount, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure accountability for service delivery performance, including SLAs, productivity, quality, and accuracy.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across multiple F&A towers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflow, standardize processes, and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Professional expertise in F&A operations with deep knowledge of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
- At least 7 years of managerial experience in BPO or shared services environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale delivery operations across multiple F&A functions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams of 50+ employees.
- Excellent understanding of OTC, P2P, and R2R operations, including compliance and process governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
