The Finance Data Analyst will play a key role in driving financial performance, optimizing profitability, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple districts.
Profit Strategy & Performance
- Develop long-term (5-year) financial plans in alignment with RBU goals.
- Lead the preparation and management of district budgets and administrative expenses.
- Analyze profit performance versus targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct financial analysis and recommend profit optimization initiatives.
- Review and assess restaurant forecasts and monthly cost reports.
- Create Gross Profit Plans at the district level.
Management Reporting & Insights
- Deliver accurate financial and non-financial reports.
- Implement enhancements in financial and management reporting processes.
- Provide regular reports to senior finance and operations leadership.
- Present performance updates during district meetings.
Financial Advisory & Operations Support
- Oversee financial activities of assigned districts.
- Streamline and standardize financial processes.
- Use key financial metrics to guide operational decision-making.
- Evaluate expansion or network plans for financial feasibility.
Information & Analytics Management
- Manage financial data and information systems.
- Convert data into actionable insights using dashboards, charts, and analytical tools.
- Develop tools or templates to support operational and financial reporting.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science & Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or financial analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid setup).
