Role Overview:
The Finance Controller will support the CFO in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing insights to drive business decisions. This role combines financial oversight, team leadership, and strategic support across all finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and controllership activities.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, strategy, and decision-making.
- Provide insights on cost management, revenue optimization, and business performance.
- Support audits, tax filings, and financial risk management initiatives.
- Drive implementation of financial systems, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance., multinational corporations, or auditing background is preferred.
- Strong technical finance, accounting, and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site from day one.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
