Job Description

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA is preferred

· 8–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibility in controllership, financial reporting, or audit

· Strong working knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS/PAS), statutory reporting, and compliance requirements with relevant Philippine regulatory bodies

· Proven experience in internal controls, external and statutory audit coordination, month-end and year-end close, and management reporting

· Experience managing banking relationships, debt facilities, cash flow oversight, and covenant or lender reporting within the Philippines is highly regarded

· QuickBooks experience would be beneficial but is not required
