Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Consultant (M3) to join our growing team. This mid‑management role is responsible for driving financial planning, compliance, and strategic advisory to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy development.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate policies.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver accurate financial reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.
• 2–3 years of finance experience, including management exposure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
