Finance Commercial Lead

Oversee commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.

SAP Financial Risk and Financials services L2/L3 (Dev and Production Support)

Data Management: FSDM, Regulatory Reporting (EU/ASG regulations – analyzing reports and understand gaps, and provide recommendation to resolve or provide explanations to banks of results)

As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing and nurturing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments responsibly, and offer strategic guidance to the team. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives and deliver meaningful value.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Support the development and implementation of strategies that align with client goals.

Monitor progress and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Financial Risk Management (FRM).

Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Banking, Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.

Strong knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and financial regulations.

Ability to analyze complex financial data to support decision-making.

Experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Risk Management (FRM).
