Finance Commercial Lead

Oversee commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.

Required JD: SAP Financial Risk and Financials services L2/L3 (Dev and Production Support) Data Management: FSDM, Regulatory Reporting (EU/ASG regulations – analyzing reports and understand gaps, and provide recommendation to resolve or provide explanations to banks of results) Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing and nurturing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments responsibly, and offer strategic guidance to the team. The position demands active engagement in aligning financial objectives with client expectations to ensure value delivery and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals. - Support the development and implementation of strategies that improve commercial outcomes. - Monitor and evaluate financial metrics to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL). - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Banking, Financial Risk Management (FRM). - Strong knowledge of financial systems integration and reporting processes. - Experience in analyzing complex financial data to support business decisions. - Ability to design and implement financial controls and compliance measures. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks relevant to finance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL). - This position is based at our Manila office.
