We are looking for a Finance - Change Manager to support Finance transformation projects and help ensure that new processes, systems, and ways of working are successfully adopted.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will work closely with Finance Operations, IT, Process Owners, Automation teams, and business stakeholders to understand how changes will affect people, processes, systems, and controls.
Your role will be to identify potential impacts early, communicate changes clearly, prepare teams for implementation, and help ensure that changes are successfully embedded after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
1. Change Impact & Readiness
- Assess how Finance projects and system changes will affect people, processes, technology, controls, and service delivery.
- Identify risks, challenges, and potential resistance to change.
- Assess whether teams are ready for upcoming changes.
- Maintain a clear record of change impacts, risks, owners, and actions.
2. Change & Adoption Planning
- Develop practical change and adoption plans for Finance transformation projects.
- Create plans to help employees transition to new processes and systems.
- Monitor adoption and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Work with Finance leaders to ensure changes are practical for day-to-day operations.
3. Communication
- Develop clear and targeted communication plans for different stakeholder groups.
- Prepare communication materials such as:
- FAQs
- What's changing / what's not changing
- Role-specific communications
- Leadership updates
- Ensure stakeholders receive timely and consistent information throughout the change.
4. Training & Go-Live Support
- Work with Process Owners and Training teams to ensure training addresses the changes identified.
- Ensure employees understand new roles, responsibilities, processes, and controls.
- Support go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Help resolve adoption issues during the transition period.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and other business teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand the impact of changes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Identify concerns and develop solutions to minimize disruption.
6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain change management templates, tools, and processes.
- Prepare change impact reports and dashboards.
- Provide updates to senior stakeholders on readiness, risks, and adoption.
- Capture lessons learned and improve the change management approach.
7. Project Management
- Support and drive large Finance transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, actions, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across Finance and other departments.
- Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and actions.
- Track actions through completion and provide regular project status updates.

What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in change management, project management, communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Finance transformation or process improvement projects.
- Experience with ERP or Finance system implementations is highly preferred.
- Experience with process optimization or operating model changes.
- Experience in Finance Shared Services, Banking, Professional Services, or similar environments is an advantage.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization is preferred.
