Job Summary:

As a Finance CoE Accountant, you will serve as a technical accounting and taxation specialist, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations. The role emphasizes Philippine taxation and involves supporting management through analysis, reporting, and the implementation of process improvements.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, including preparation, filing, and reconciliation.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Support or lead process improvements and system optimization within finance operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local accounting standards and taxation requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and compliant financial practices.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA preferred, but open to candidates currently pursuing CPA or with strong tax experience.
  • Experience in accounting, with focus on Philippine taxation.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
