Finance Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for manufacturing operations

• Analyze production costs, variances, and operational performance

• Provide detailed financial insights to support business decisions

• Monitor and report key financial metrics (COGS, yield, labor, overhead)

• Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

• Provide financial guidance on production planning, pricing, and cost-saving initiatives

• Act as a trusted advisor to support strategic and operational decisions

• Analyze cost drivers and recommend efficiency improvements

• Evaluate standard vs. actual costs and identify variances

• Support implementation of cost reduction and productivity initiatives

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports

• Present financial performance analysis to management

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Strengthen internal controls within manufacturing finance processes

• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage

• 5-8 years of experience in Finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial planning

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
