Finance Business Partner - Supervisor-Individual Contributor - BPO

The Finance Business Partner (Supervisor-Individual Contributor role) serves as a trusted finance partner to Support and SG&A stakeholders by providing accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, variance analysis, and actionable insights. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong FP&A or management reporting experience who enjoys working closely with business leaders to support data-driven decision-making

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly spend reports for Support and SG&A departments
• Perform budget versus actual variance analysis, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze transaction-level data to identify cost drivers and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Partner with department heads to review monthly financial performance and support budget management
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite and Adaptive Planning (or similar ERP/CPM tools) to generate reports and maintain financial models
• Recommend process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial visibility

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. CPA is an advantage but not required
• At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, commercial finance, or finance business partnering
• Experience supporting business units through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance audiences
• Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is preferred but not required
• Amenable to work on a dayshift hybrid work set-up (2x/week work onsite) in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
