Finance Business Partner

Role Description

The Finance Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, working closely with business units to support strategic and operational decision-making. This role is responsible for preparing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and for analyzing performance against targets to provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The Finance Business Partner collaborates with functional leaders to evaluate business cases, assess investment opportunities, and support cost optimization initiatives. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing management reports, monitoring key financial metrics, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information for leadership. The role also involves supporting process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and contributing to the development of data-driven financial strategies aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Business Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, assess trends, and support sound business decisions.
• Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and communication of management and regulatory reports.
• Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI tools is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or management reporting in a technology, telecom, or fast-growing organization is preferred.
